James Hartt, received his law degree from The Chicago-Kent College Of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. He is admitted to practice in three states, including: New York, New Jersey and Arizona, and is also admitted in the Federal District Court. His experience as a private practitioner is both extensive and varied relative to the number of years he has practiced.
